Marketplace rules

These rules keep GoldMarket.World usable and credible for legitimate gold trade participants.

Listings

  • Only advertise gold you own, control or are formally mandated to offer.
  • Describe quantity, purity and origin accurately and state what is estimated.
  • Use your own photographs and videos. Stolen media will be removed.
  • Do not publish telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers or email addresses in listings.
  • Keep listings current. Pause or mark them sold when no longer available.

Conduct

  • Begin all contact through platform messaging.
  • Never demand upfront fees, deposits or 'clearance' payments from other users.
  • No impersonation of companies, refineries, banks or government bodies.
  • No abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour.
  • No spam, mass unsolicited offers or duplicated listings.

Legality

  • Comply with all export, import, licensing, tax, sanctions and AML obligations.
  • Do not offer gold of unlawful, conflict or undisclosed origin.
  • Cooperate with reasonable documentation requests from counterparties.

Enforcement

  • Listings may be paused, rejected or removed by administrators.
  • Accounts may be restricted, suspended or banned.
  • Suspicious or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
