By using GoldMarket.World you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. What this platform is

• This platform is an advertising, communication and introduction marketplace.
• It does not buy, sell, own, inspect, assay, transport, insure, finance or store gold.
• It does not process transaction payments and holds no escrow or custody.
• It does not guarantee any user, listing, document, product, purity, ownership or transaction.
• Verification badges do not replace independent due diligence.
• Users remain responsible for KYC, AML, sanctions, licensing, tax, legal and product checks.
• Suspicious or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Free service

Registration, profiles, listings, browsing, messaging and Cash & Carry appointment requests are free. There are no commissions, subscriptions, listing fees, online payments or escrow services.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, for your own KYC, AML, sanctions, licensing, tax and legal compliance, and for independently verifying every counterparty, product, document and facility before committing money or goods.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, stolen media, unlawful gold trade, abusive conduct, spam or requests for unauthorised upfront payments.

5. Moderation

We may pause, reject or remove listings, restrict messaging, and suspend or ban accounts. We may access a private conversation only when it has been formally reported or where access is required for a documented safety investigation.

6. No warranty and limitation

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from dealings between users, including any transaction, appointment, payment or shipment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
