GoldMarket.World is an introduction marketplace. Everything you see on a listing is declared by the seller unless it is explicitly marked as independently verified.
Never send money up front
Never pay a deposit, reservation fee, agent fee or "clearance" payment because someone has a listing or a verification badge. Legitimate counterparties expect independent checks.
Keep the conversation on the platform
Start every contact through private messaging. If you later continue elsewhere, record the key terms and outcomes back in your marketplace conversation.
Verification levels
- Email verified — the user confirmed their email address.
- Identity submitted — the user privately uploaded an identity document for review.
- Business verified — company registration or trading/mining licence documents were reviewed by our administrators.
Badges record what was submitted and reviewed. They are not a guarantee of honesty, ownership, product quality or ability to perform.
Your due diligence checklist
- Confirm the identity and licences of the counterparty independently.
- Require original documentation and verify it with the issuing authority.
- Use a licensed refinery, bank or bonded facility for inspection and assay.
- Complete your own KYC, AML, sanctions and export/import checks.
- Take independent legal and tax advice before committing funds.
Our legal position
- This platform is an advertising, communication and introduction marketplace.
- It does not buy, sell, own, inspect, assay, transport, insure, finance or store gold.
- It does not process transaction payments and holds no escrow or custody.
- It does not guarantee any user, listing, document, product, purity, ownership or transaction.
- Verification badges do not replace independent due diligence.
- Users remain responsible for KYC, AML, sanctions, licensing, tax, legal and product checks.
- Suspicious or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
