What is public

Your public profile shows your name, company, roles, country, city, biography, experience, languages, website, member-since date, verification badges, ratings and active listings.

What is never public

Private addresses, identity documents, company documents, telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses and exact Cash & Carry meeting addresses are never displayed publicly. Contact details are only revealed to another user when both of you approve a contact exchange.

Documents

Verification documents are stored in private storage. Only you and authorised administrators reviewing your application can access them.

Messages

Private conversations are visible only to their participants. Administrators access a conversation only when it has been formally reported or where required for a documented safety investigation.

External communication

If you continue on WhatsApp, telephone or email, those conversations happen outside GoldMarket.World and are not monitored or recorded by us.

Your rights

You may edit your profile, delete your listings and saved content, and request deletion of your account and documents at any time.
